摘　　要：报道了表面活性剂和它们的混合体系以及一些助剂在低温下对厨房油污的洗涤效果。The spectro-electrochemical characteristics of 2,2′-dipyridyl iron, ferric thiocyanate and ferric tartrate were respectively investigated by FOSECS. The thermodynamic functions and conditional equilibrium constants have been evaluated.The valence distribution of Fe 2+ and Fe 3+ in the solution was tentatively approached.
