摘　　要：针对外商直接投资影响东道国或地区的产业竞争力问题,通过格兰杰检验得出,FDI与中国的产业演进和升级、生产率都互为因果关系,FDI对于我国产业竞争力产生了积极影响。指出必须在重视国家产业政策和劳工标准等问题的基础上采取措施加大吸引外资力度,提高利用外资的质量。The scale of the foreign direct investment （FDI）affects inevitably the industrial competitiveness of the host country or local. FDI and China＇s industrial evolution and promotion, the productivity all have causal relationship with each other. FDI had the positive influence on China＇ s industrial competitiveness by Granger causality test. We must adopt measures, based on the stresses on such elements as the national industrial policies and labor standard, to enlarge the attraction dynamics of foreign capital.
