摘  要:对比研究了煤系针状焦(生焦)在氢气和氧气气氛下,经过长时间研磨后的自烧结性能的变化。实验发现:用经过长时间研磨的生焦份制得的炭材料结晶性能变差,即d(002)值变大,Lc减小.并且受气氛的影响明显。生焦粉在研磨过程中通过物理和化学吸附的氧,使其挥发份的脱出速度变大,脱出的起始温度和结束温度提前,从而起到促进烧结的作用。另外还用扫描电子显微镜对研磨后生焦粉和烧结体的形貌进行了观察,发现机械作用使生焦粉发生塑性形变而呈球形。The effects grinding process on the sintering of green coke(needle coke) were studied by employing oxy gen and argon. It was found that the crystallinity of carbon matcrial fabricated from the ground coke powder under different atmosphere both became poorer, as d002 value increasing and Lc getting smaller, and oxygen showed stronger effects on it than that of argon. The oxygen absorbed in the ground coke made it easier to be sintered which was proved by TG analysis. Moreover plastoelastic deformation was also observed after grinding which may be the most important reason for the sintering ability.
