摘　　要：本文阐述了学科馆员制度的现状,分析了高校学科馆员制度中面临的困境,并针对其原因,提出了实现学科馆员制度的相关策略。This paper tries to discuss the present situations of the system of discipline librarians, analyzes the predicament in the implementation of the system and, in the end, proposes some corresponding strategies for the problem.
