摘　　要：介绍了一种可视化的继电保护整定CAD系统。该系统以数据库为核心,运用先进的可视化编程技术、面向对象技术和计算机图形处理技术,最终实现了继电保护图形及数据关联一体化的建立,从而完成了继电保护整定的综合设计。该系统的使用使继电保护工作人员从繁杂的工作中解脱出来,提高了继电保护整定值的可信度,保证继电保护装置满足选择性、速动性、可靠性和安全性的要求,为电力系统安全、稳定运行创造了条件。A visualization CAD system for protective relay setting is introduced, which takes database as its core, and applies advanced visual programming,OOP and computer graph processing technology. The system incorporates protective relay setting with graphics and data together ,completing the design of protective relay setting. The use of system lets the technician come out of complicated work and improves the creditability of protective relay setting. The system ensures protective relay device contenting with selectivity, rapid action, reliability and security . And the power system is safer and steadier with using this system.
