摘　　要：制造执行系统(ManufacturingExecutionSystem,MES)在汽车、航空、烟酒等传统制造业中的应用已取得成效,但在电子电路表面贴装(SurfaceMountTechnology,SMT)生产中的应用还处于起步阶段。建立SMT车间的MES系统在国内还是处于领先水平。对SMT车间的关键设备进行实时制造数据采集是建立MES的基础,而数据分析是实现数据采集的前提。飞针测试仪是SMT生产线上重要的检测设备,本文在介绍了飞针测试的原理和测试流程的基础上,给出了飞针测试的数据采集方案和要求,通过举例详细地分析了飞针测试仪S20FP的测试文件和测试结果文件的数据格式。The application of MES in the traditional manufacturing has been cost-effective, like automobile, aviation and cigarette and spirits,but the one in the cistronic circuit surface mount production is underway. Bulding a MES system of the SMT plant leads at home. Collection the realtime manufacturing data of key equipments in SMT plant is the base of building the MES system. Flying Probe is the important test equipment in the SMT production line.On the base of discussing the priciple and the measuring flow of Flying Probe, this paper indecates the realization method and requirement of the data gathering of Flying Probe, analyzes the format of the test files and the result files of tests by exampies.
