摘　　要：为了提高病历书写质量,加强物价管理,维护患者权益,我院成立出院病历复核室对全院出院病历进行复核,提高了病历质量,化解了医患矛盾,减少了医疗纠纷,改善了与临床科室的关系。For the sake of improving case notes quality, strengthening price control, and safeguarding patients＇ rights and interests, our hospital set up record check--up room to check-up each patient＇ s medical records before the patient leaves hospital, with the result that medical record quality becomes higher, contradictions between patients and medical workers are basically eliminated, medical tangles are decreased, interdepartmental relations are improved.
