摘  要:鄯善油田属低孔、特低渗非均质砂岩油藏,油层埋深3000~3500m,压裂、酸化是增产增注的主要措施。随着油田开发的深入,油田井况逐年恶化,目前已有套损井107口,已占总井数的20.3%,不仅造成巨大的经济损失,而且已经严重影响了油田的开发调整与最终的开发效果。该文分析了鄯善油田套损的分布特点,分析了油水井套损的原因在于泥岩吸水蠕变,高压注水,频繁的增产措施,以及腐蚀,管理措施不当。确定了套管损坏的防治措施,并就不同类型的井层提出不同的处理方法,通过几年的治理,取得了一定的效果,对油田的高效开发提出了可靠的保障。Shanshan oilfield belongs to anisotropic sandstone reservoir with low porosity and ultra - low permeabili- ty. Buried depth of reservoir is 3 000 - 3 500 m. Fracturing and acidization are main stimulations. With the further development of the oilfield, the number of the casing damage well increased year by year, at present, up to 107 wells, accounting for 20.3% of total wells. It not only causes tremendous economic loss but also seriously influ- ences the development adjustment and ultimate development effects of the oilfield. Distribution characteristics of casing damage in Shanshan oiffield is analyzed, the reasons of casing damage include mudstone absorption and creep deformation, high pressure water flooding, frequented well stimulation, corrosion as well as improper manage- ments. Several controlling measures for casing damage are determined, and different treatments for various layer of well are given. After a few years treatment, good effect is taken, it provides relieble guarantee for the high efficiency development of the oilfield.
