摘　　要：陶澍和唐仲冕、唐鉴是清道光时期生长在湖南的杰出人才,是卓有成就的政治家和学者。他们都是嘉道年间"湘系经世派"的主要骨干,又是"近代中国地主阶级改革派"的重要成员。他们是杰出的政治家,勤政爱民,强调以民为本,特别重视人才,为湖南人才的兴起和成长做出了突出的贡献。The historical figures Tao Shu, Tang Zhong-mian and Tang Jian were the prominent talents born in Hunan Province during the period of the Emperors of Jia Qin and Dao Guang in the Qing Dynasty （ 1778-1861 ） They were well-learned men and the back-bone officials of managing the state affairs and the important members of the reform of the landlord class in the modern China. They were devoted friends and industrial officials who loved their country and cherished the people. They were fine politicians who put people first. They made prominent contribution to the growth of Hunan talent persons.
