摘　　要：目的探讨高渗盐水联合自血回输救治异位妊娠急性失血性休克的临床意义。方法对我院3年中50例异位妊娠急性失血性休克抢救病例的临床资料进行分析。结果50例患者均抢救成功,高渗盐水联合自血回输效果好,输血反应发生较少。结论高渗盐水联合自血回输是救治异位妊娠急性失血性休克的有效措施。Objective To analyze the clinical significance of hypertonic saline and autologous blood transfusion to rescue ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock. Methods Fifty cases of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock during 3 years were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients recovered hypertonic saline and autologous blood transfusion had better ef- fect and less transfusion reaction. Conclusion Hypertonic saline and autologous blood transfusion is the important measures to rescue ectopic pregnancy hemorrhagic shock.
