颞浅筋膜瓣在头面部软组织缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨颞浅筋膜瓣在头面部修复中的应用。方法对8例头面部软组织损伤(面部恶性肿瘤根治3例,头部皮肤部分撕脱伤3例,面部外伤皮肤缺损2例)。伴深部组织外露应用该筋膜瓣加筋膜瓣外植皮修复。结果8例筋膜瓣全部存活,外观形态良好。随诊6个月-3年,外观及功能满意。结论颞浅筋膜瓣范围广泛,分离难度不高,对头面部软组织缺损的修复有较高价值。Objective To explore the effect of superficial temporal fascia flap in soft reconstrucion of head and face. Methods 8 cases with soft tissue defected and bone leaked out on head or face were treated with the superf icial temporal fascia flap. A big piece of skin was shifted on the superficial te,poral fascia flap. Results All superficial temporal fascia flsps were alive after operation, and all patients were satisfied with pretty outward appearance and fine functions after 6month-3year, Conclusion It is a good method to use this flap to repair skin and soft tissue defects of head, and face because the superficial temporal fascia flap is widely and it can be obtained conveniently.
