维生素C和鹿安宁对应激梅花鹿血液若干理化指标的影响

摘　　要：将试验鹿随机分为 3组 ,Ⅰ组为对照组 ,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组为试验组 ,分别在日粮中添加 40 0mg/kg维生素C和 1 0mg/kg“鹿安宁”剂。观测“保定一锯茸”应激状态下 ,梅花鹿血液白细胞的数量和组成、血清 [Na+][K+]值及 3种血清酶LDH、AKP、CPK活性的变化。结果表明 ,维生素C和鹿安宁可显著降低应激鹿血液白细胞总数 (P >0 0 1 ) ,维生素C可使之趋于正常 (P >0 0 5)。鹿安宁可显著降低应激鹿嗜酸性粒细胞百分率 (P <0 0 1 )。维生素C和鹿安宁均可显著提高应激鹿淋巴细胞百分率 (P <0 0 1 ) ,降低N/L值 (P <0 0 1 )。维生素C和鹿安宁均可使应激鹿血清 [Na+][K+]回升 (P <0 0 1 ) ,使血清LDH、AKP活性显著上升 (P <0 0 1 ) ,同时显著降低CPK活性 (P <0 0 1 )。鹿安宁使血清CPK活性趋于正常 (P >0 0 5)。The results showed that Vitamin C and Lu an ning siynificantly decreased the total number of WBC in stress deer (P<0 01),with to normal (P>0 05) .Lu an ning significantly reduced the percentage of ensinophile in stress deer (P<0 01).Vitamin C and Lu an ning significantly raised the percentages of lympthocyte in stress deer and reduced the ratio of N/L (P<0 01).Vitamin C and Lu an ning raised the ratio of densities of Na + to K + and the activities of LPH and AKP in serum while significantly reduced the activity of CPK in serum of stress deer (P<0 01).Lu an ning made the activity of CPK in serum tend to normal(P>0 05).
