摘　　要：利用快速凝固/粉末冶金技术制备过共晶Al-Si合金可大幅度提高合金性能,该类合金在汽车、航空航天和电子工业等诸多行业中具有广泛的应用前景。本文主要对快速凝固/粉末冶金高硅铝合金材料的成分、组织结构特点,制备工艺,性能及应用进行了综合评述。Rapid solidification/powder metallurgical （RS/PM） technique is one of the most effecuve ways to improve the performance of high silicon - aluminum alloys, Hence RS/PM high silicon - aluminum al- loys possesses great potential applied in car industry, aviation and spaceflight fields, electron industry and so on. This paper gives a progress review of RS/PM high silicon - aluminum alloys research in terms of its composition, microstructure, procession, performances and applications.
