摘  要:为了减少C/C复合材料气孔率、降低C/C复合材料吸湿性,本文采用γ-射线辐照在A151中对沥青基炭纤维表面改性,采用AFM、XPS研究了γ-射线辐照改性后沥青基炭纤维表面结构的变化;用浸润仪测定了改性前后沥青基炭纤维表面能的变化;对γ-射线辐照沥青基炭纤维对C/C复合材料气孔率、吸湿增重的影响进行了研究。结果表明:γ-射线辐照使炭纤维表面含氧官能团增加,提高了沥青基炭纤维的表面能,降低了C/C复合材料气孔率,降低了C/C复合材料吸湿性。The γ-ray radiation in A151 was used to modify surface activity of pitch carbon fiber to improve the interracial adhesion between fibers and matrix in order to decrease porosity and moisture absorption of C/C composites. The surface structure of untreated and treated pitch carbon fibers were investigated by AFM and XPS, and the measurement of contact angles were used to understand the change of surface energy of pitch carbon fibers. And the effect of γ-ray radiation on the porosity and moisture absorption of the C/C composites was investigated. The results show that γ-ray radiation increase the carbonyl functional group and improves the impregnation of carbon fibers, which decreases porosity and moisture absorption of the C/C composites.
