摘　　要：介绍了硼砂盐浴渗铬的基本原理和工艺方法以及渗层的结构和性能,通过本工艺得到的渗铬层具有高硬度、高耐磨性、耐腐蚀等优点。因此在拉伸模、挤压模、冷锻模等冷作模具上得到广泛应用,可大幅度地提高模具寿命。The paper focuses on the basic principle, technological method of permeating Cr of borax salt - bathing and the structure and function of permeating layer. The CrC permeating layer is characterized by high consistency, high wear - resisting and decay - resisting, etc. Therefore, it has been widely applied in lots of fields such as draw - extension mold, crushed mold. Also, it can largely improve the lifespan of mold.
