摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定糖尿乐胶囊中尿囊素的含量测定方法。方法岛津(SHIMADZU)ODS柱,乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸(三乙胺调pH至5.6～6.0)为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长为360nm。结果尿囊素在0.11～0.55μg线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=1.22%。结论此方法灵敏、准确,可用于尿囊素的含量测定。Objective To establish a derivatization HPLC method for the determination of the content of allantion in Tangniaole capsules. Methods SHIMADZU ODS C18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile0. 1% glacial acetic acid （adjusted the pH to 5.6-6.0 by triethanolamine ） and the solvent programming was used. The detective wavelength was 360 nm. Results The linear range of allantion was 0.11-0. 55 μg, and the average recovery was 99.08%, with the RSD 1.22%. Conehtsion The method is sensitive, accurate and can be used for the determination of the content of allantion in Tangniaole capsules.
