摘　　要：通过对电子签章技术在我国信息化办公领域的应用现状分析,依据辽宁省交通行业OA系统的整体架构,剖析了固网电子签章系统的核心技术路线;并结合无线通信技术和嵌入式技术发展,提出了在交通政务系统中扩展"移动电子签章系统"的技术设想。By way of applied current situations of electronic signing technique in information working domain over our country, based on integral framework of OA system for traffic trades,the paper dissects the neeleus technical line of network electronic signning system. And in the light of development of radio communication technique and built - in technique, it poses extending the technical assuming of ＂Mobile Electronic Signning System＂ in traffic government affairs system as well,
