摘　　要：通过拟定评价指标、确定评价指标权重、建立协调度模型对城市建设用地优化配置的科学性进行定量计算分析.以武汉市为例,找出其建设用地配置的合理性及存在的差距.This article sketches the appraisal index, determines the weight of appraisal index and establishes the coordination model to quantitative analyze the scientific nature of optimized allocation of urban construction land resource. Then it takes the Wuhan city as an example to find the rationality of allocation of urban construction land resource .
