原子吸收光谱法测定中成药中微量元素

摘　　要：利用原子吸收光谱法测定了中成药复方天仙胶囊中的13种微量元素.详细讨论了消化液种类、混酸比例、消化时间及消化液体积对测定结果的影响.结果表明:复方天仙胶囊中Ca、Mg、K、Na、Fe、Zn、Mn和Co的含量较为丰富.Traditional Chinese medicines, fufangtianxian capsules, were digested with HNO3-HCl mixed acid. The thirteen trace elements including calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, iron, zinc, manganese, cobalt, chromium, silver, copper, cadmium and lead in fufangtianxian capsules were determined by atomic adsorption spectrometry. The effects of kinds of mixed acid, the ratio of HNO3 to HCl in mixed acid, the volume of digesting solution and the digesting time were also investigated in detail. The results obtained show that the concentration of Ca, Mg, K, Na, Fe, Zn, Mn and Co in the fufangtianxian capsules are higher than that of other elements.
