摘　　要：以网上公文流转系统为研究背景,提出了一种基于数字签名技术的安全认证设计方案应用于网上公文流转系统,并给出了发送公文模块和接收公文模块的详细设计流程及基于Java语言的具体的代码实现.A secure authentication scheme based on digital signature is proposed to be used in file exchanging system of network environment. Furthermore, the designation flow of sending and receiving module is presented. Finally the scheme＇s key algorithm is implemented by using Java.
