摘　　要：我国电子政务建设中存在着"重电子轻政务"、缺乏心理认同、公务员能力欠缺、违背电子政务建设规律以及体制性障碍等问题。电子政务未来发展必须注重政务导向、关注整合与应用、提高应用层次以及服务与管理相结合。In the e - government administration construction of our country, there exist various problems such as emphasizing electronics and neglecting government administration, lack of psychological agreement, deficiency of civil servants＇ ability, violating e - government administration construction principle and obstruction of political system, etc.. The future development government administration must put much emphasis on governmental guidance, paying attention to regulation and application, raising the level of application and the combination of service and management.
