摘　　要：对2001—2006年北京专利技术转移情况所做的分析表明,北京专利技术转移呈现良好的增长势头,专利技术合同成交额年均增长达到90.09%,其中发明专利达到85.93%,反映出北京技术创新能力和水平在不断提升,知识产权保护意识明显增强。制定专利保护和应用战略、加大有利于专利技术转移的鼓励政策力度、建立"产学研"互动机制等措施,将进一步推动北京地区专利技术的转移和转化,并朝着专利技术产业化方向发展。By analyzing patent and technology transfer situation in Beijing from 2001 to 2006, this article has exposed that technology transfer in Beijing is presenting a favorable increasing tendency. The increment speed of patent technology contracts has rised to 90.09 annual percentage rate, while invention patent annual rate is up to 85.93 percent, which reflects the ability and the level of technical innovation in Beijing is being increasingly improved, and the consciousness of intellectual protection is being built up in evidence. Establishing strategies of patent protection and application, strengthening the effect of encouraging policies in favor of patent technology transfer, and building up measures such as production-study and research interaction mechanism will further promote the development of technology transfer and transform in the area of Beijing to the direction of patent technology industrialization
