以邻域国外市场为依托的云南外向型经济发展战略初探

摘　　要：从产业结构、工业生产能力、进出口状况等方面比较了云南省与GMS(大湄公河次区域)5国的综合经济发展水平,初步分析了区域国际市场对云南省外向型经济的影响,提出以区域国际市场为依托的云南省外向型经济发展战略的对策和措施:发展以比较优势产业为推动经济外向化的产业肌体,逐步完善进出口贸易特别是边境贸易的整体能力,通过各种资金渠道培育创新产业和新的产业增长极,形成以云南省与周边邻国的国际通道为轴的点轴发展模式。The thesis was to compare comprehensive economic development between Yunnan and five countries of GMS at the aspect of industry stuetures, industry production ability, export and import, etc.The effects on external economy in Yunnan offered by regional international market would be analyzed in the thesis,and a strategy on external economy development of Yurman supported by neighbouring foreign countries would be put forward.The development of industries that had comparative advantages to promote economic outward body of the industry, and gradually improved the import and export trade,in particular the overall capacity of border trade,and through the various channels of funding very nurturing creative industries. Developed leading edge industries and innovation in industry as a growth industry in Yunnan Province and neighboring countries and international channels axle shafted at the pattern of development.
