苏南产业转移对苏北区域经济协调发展的影响

摘　　要：在南北挂钩机制的政策指引下,苏南产业向苏北转移的进程明显加快。以淮安市为例,从增加资本存量、促进经济增长、提升产业结构、优化就业结构、提高产业集聚水平、促进技术进步与制度创新等方面分析了苏南产业转移对促进苏北区域经济协调发展所发挥的积极作用,就其消极影响提出了具体对策。Under the policy of the south- north hook system,the process of the industry transfer was accelerating obviously. Taking Huai＇ an City as an example, this paper analyzed the active effect of the industry transfer from Southern Jiangsu on the coordination development of regional economy of Northern Jiangsu by such aspects as increasing capital stock, promoting economic growth, upgrading industrial structure, improving the level of industrial agglomeration, and promoting technological advance and institutional innovation, etc. Then, this paper put forward the concrete suggestions for their passive impact,
