摘　　要：文章从绿色住宅建设理念出发,对绿色住宅建设中观念层面问题与技术层面问题进行较为系统的分析,试图构建绿色住宅建设研究的框架结构。starting from the construction idea of green residential buildings, the article conducts much more systemic analysis on the idea aspect problems and technical problems in the construction of green residential buildings and tries to construct the frame structures of green residential building construction, so as to provide conditions for deeply carrying out the researches on green residential building construction.
