陆地棉显性无腺体指示性状的杂种优势利用研究

摘　　要：运用陆地棉显性无腺体系与2个有腺体系杂交，不去雄人工辅助授粉其真杂交种率为52．4％，与不育系授粉，其真杂种率为99．3％；配制的组合均有不同程度增产，而且纤维品质基本符合育种攻关要求；显性无腺体性状．棉花一出苗，通过下胚轴，即可识别，结合棉花育苗移栽和间苗的特点，淘汰假杂种的工作易于进行；表明了显性无腺体性状是一个优良的指示性状，可以利用。The average cross-pollination rate produced by crossing between two glanded varieties and dominant glandless line and MS5MS6 by supplementary pollination without emasculation was 52. 4 %, and 99. 3 %, and some combinations had promising yleld and fiber quality. so it was suggested that the dominant glandlessness be a desirable marker with distinctness and easy identification by hypocotyl tralt at the seedings stage for easily removing pseudo -hybrid seedlings in the process of transplanting and thinning of the hybrid progeny.
