摘　　要：党的三代领导集体把马克思主义人的全面发展理论与中国革命和社会主义建设的实践结合起来,在不同的历史阶段对人的全面发展从理论上进行了阐述,并在实践中对如何实现人的全面发展进行了积极探索,丰富和发展了马克思主义人的全面发展理论。他们关于人的全面发展的理论是一脉相承、与时俱进的发展过程。The three generations of central collective leadership of the CPC combine the theory of full development of man in Marxism with the practices of Chinese revolution and socialist construction, and provide a detailed analysis of man＇s full development in different historical stages. They are enthusiastic and daring in exploring how to bring about man＇s full development in practice, and have thus enriched Marxist theory regarding man＇s full development. Their theories regarding man＇s full development are intimately tied with each other and are justifiably said to be advancing with the times.
