醋酸地塞米松凝胶剂的制备和质量评价

摘　　要：目的制备醋酸地塞米松凝胶剂,并建立该制剂的含量测定方法。方法以卡波姆940为基质制备凝胶剂,用HPLC法测定醋酸地塞米松的含量。结果醋酸地塞米松进样量在6.20～186μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(r2=0.9999)。平均加样回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.1%(n=6)。结论该制剂制备工艺简便可行,含量测定方法快速、准确。[Objective] To prepare Dexamethasone acetate gel and establish a method for determining the concentration of the gel. [Methods] Carbopol 940 was used as the gel base, the content of Dexamethasone acetate was determined by HPLC. [Results] There was a good linearity of calibration curve of Dexamethasone acetate in range of 6.20-186 μg （r^2=0.9999）. The average recovery was 100.8%, RSD was 1.1%（n =6） [Conclusion] The preparation technology is simple and the method of determining the concentration is rapid and accurate.
