摘　　要：弯管模具是用来将铜管或铝管等压制成各种特定形状的模具,是众多模具类型中的一种,属于冷冲模具的范围。弯管模具属于模具中较为简单的,对它的加工不需要利用复杂的CAD/CAM软件,采用Mastercam8.0软件就完全可以了。文中介绍利用Mastercam8.0软件对弯管模具进行建模、粗加工、半精加工和精加工的刀具路径规划。The elbow piece mold is uses for the copper pipe or the aluminum tube equi pressure makes each kind of specific shape the mold, is in the muhitudinous mold type one kind, belongs flushes the mold coldly the scope. The elbow piece mold belongs to in the mold simpler, does not need to use the complex CAD/CAM software to its processing, used the Maslercam8.0 software definitely to be possible. The present paper carries on the modelling, the rough machining, the semi-finishing and the precision work cutting tool way plan using the Mastercam8.0 software to the elbow piece mold.
