摘 要:目的改进妇产科B超室预约分诊流程,提高B超室医师的工作效率。方法运用六西格玛法分析和改进B超室预约分诊流程,设计和应用电子软件,实现分诊操作的自动化。结果采用新的预约分诊流程后,B超室医师日人均检查病人数由改进前的(24.1±2.1)人增加到改进后的(34.2±5.6)人(t=4.41,P=0.003),提高了41%。结论六西格玛法的应用使妇产科B超室预约分诊流程明显改善,为医院管理实践提供了一个实际的范例。Objective To build up an efficent appointment and triage process in B supersonic inspection room of gynecology and obstetrics department, which bringing higher perforemence of doctors in outpatient service environment. Methods Six Sigma Methodology which apptied to appointment and triage process analysis Jn B supersonic inspection room, a software was developed based on newly designed process. Results For improved appointment and triage process, the daily average patients per doctor inspection was significantly increased by 41%, from 24.1±2.1 to 34.2±5.6 (t=4.41, P=0.003), compared with the old process. Conclusion The appointment and triage process established by using six sigma methodology can significantly increase doctor's working efficiency in the B supersonic inspection room of gynecology and obstetrics department in outpatient service.The practice can be shared in other areas of hospital administration management.
