摘　　要：本研究建立了一种基于免疫胶体金技术的链霉素快速检测方法。该方法检测灵敏度10ng·ml-(101ppb),蜂蜜样本检出限是40ng·ml-(40ppb),单个样本检测时间为5～10min。所研制试纸条产品检测变异系数小,批1间、批内检测结果重复性良好,可以应用于蜂蜜样本中链霉素的快速检测和现场筛查,具有较高的市场应用前景。A rapid method for detection of streptomycin was developed based technology, which has a sensitivity of 10ng·ml^-1（10ppb） and a LOD of 40ng·ml^-1（40ppb） per single sample with the strip is 5-10min. The prepared colloid gold strips had the batch and intra-batch, C.V. and fine reproducibility, and it can be applied for rapid residue in honey samples. on immunochromatography in honey sample time cost advantages of small interscreening of Streptomycin
