温阳散结中药对小鼠肺转移瘤模型血液高凝状态的影响

摘　　要：目的观察温阳散结中药对小鼠肺腺癌LA795自发性肺转移模型外周血循环状态的影响,探讨其抗肿瘤侵袭转移作用机制。方法"739"近交系雄性小鼠20只,建立小鼠LA795肺腺癌肺转移模型,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组予温阳散结中药,0.2ml/kg腹腔注射;对照组予等体积生理盐水。连续给药30d。监测小鼠血清透明质酸、层黏蛋白含量及血小板聚集程度变化。结果温阳散结中药具有抗凝和激活纤溶系统作用,并通过抗血小板聚集,改善实验动物高凝状态。结论对小鼠自发性肺转移模型血循环状态的影响,可能是温阳散结中药干预肿瘤细胞的血行扩散和转移的机制之一,值得进一步研究。Objective To observe the effect of Wenyangsanjie recipe（WYSJR） , a compound chinese herbal medicine, on peripheral blood circulation state of mice with lung metastasi cancer. Methods WYSJR was intraperitoneally injected to ten mice with pulmanary metastasis adenocarcinoma for continuous 30 days , one time a day, and normal sodium was injected to contral group mice. Hyaluronic acid , laminin , platelet aggregation dgdree in mice serum were detected . Results WYSJR have the function of anticoagulation and activating plasminogen system. Conclusfon The influence on peripheral blood circulation state maybe the mechanism of WYSJR in prohibiting tumor cell hematogenous extention.
