试论我国体育场馆投融资管理的发展对策

摘　　要：采用文献资料法,分析了我国体育场馆经营管理现状和存在的问题,探讨了完善我国体育场馆投融资管理体制的发展策略。研究表明:加强政府与民营企业的合作,引进民间资本是体育场馆健康发展的重要方针。A strategy of the construction and management of sport establishments in China is presented. First, the management conditions about Chinese sport establishments are analyzed, and then the difficulties influencing on its development are given based on the references. Finally, a strategy for developing and irnproving Chinese management system of investing and financing on sport establishments is explored. The results shows that it is an important guideline for developing the sport establishments reasonably to enhance the cooperation between the government and the collective enterprises and accept personal capital.
