摘 要:由于受到空气大气压条件下沿面放电介质阻挡等离子体的空间结构限制,选用光栅单色仪对其进行了光谱测量,获得了不同电源频率和电极间隙条件下的光谱谱线。实验结果表明:不同条件下的谱线形状相同,其中主要为氮气放电;光辐射强度与频率间存在线性关系;电极间隙为零时,光辐射强度最大,当电极间隙向正负两侧偏离零时,其强度呈对称线性下降;各峰面积所占谱线总面积比重不随电源频率和电极间隙变化。Limited by the spatial structure of one-atmosphere surface dielectric-barrier-discharge plasma in air, a grating monochromator is used to make spectral measurement on the plasma. Spectral lines are detected in various conditions of power frequency and electrode gap. Experimental results show that: the spectral lines detected in various conditions are almost in the same shape and the plasma mainly consists of nitrogen discharge; the strength of spectral radiance is linear to frequency; the strength of spectral radiance reaches its maximum when the electrode gap equals to zero and declines symmetrically and linearly when the electrode gap deviates from zero in both positive and negative direction ; and that each peak covers a fixed percentage out of the whole spectral line' s area regardless of the change of the power frequency and the electrode gap.
