摘　　要：从提高纱线染色重现性的角度来分析影响染色一次准确性的因素,提出了解决实验室与实验室、大生产与大生产、大生产与实验室重现性的具体措施。重点介绍了掌握染色平衡时间和运用大货加成规律来解决大货与小样差异的方法,从而提高染色的重现性和达到纱线染色一次准确性的目的。Factors affecting one-time-correct dyeing of yarns are analyzed from the view point of raising its reproducibility and specific measures for solving the problem of reproducibility between one laboratory and another, between laboratory and large scale production and between different large scale production are set forth.
