摘　　要：论述了松堆丝光工艺所需的烧碱浓度;阐述了丝光碱液施加的创新;介绍了经缩牵伸定长控制专利技术;提供真空吸液泵变频调整防患"凹纬"的方法;表述了全程逆流去碱水洗的节水情况。The paper discusses the concentration of caustic soda required for loose type mercerizing, innovation of add-on mercerizing liquid, patented technology of controlling specific length of warp shrinking and drawing and frequency conversion speed adjustment of vacuum suction pump for prevention of the defect of 'concave filling'.
