摘 要:建立了用傅立叶红外光谱仪快速检测聚丙烯中二苄叉山梨醇类透明剂含量的方法。二苄叉山梨醇类透明剂都含有相似的缩醛结构,在波数约1 100 cm-1处有较强的红外吸收。以对氯二苄叉山梨醇(CDBS)为例,选取1 092 cm-1处的最大吸收峰为分析对象,利用吸光度积分面积法进行了定量分析。由得到的标准曲线可知,透明剂的含量与其特征峰的吸收强度有很好的线性关系,相关系数达0.998以上。A method for rapid quantitative determination of dibenzylidene sorbitol clarifying agents in polypropylene (PP) by Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry (FTIR) was developed. All of the dihenzylidene sorhitol clarifying agents consist of similar acetal structure characterized by a rather strong infrared absorption peak at about 1 100 cm^-1. Taking p-chloro-dihenzylidene sorhitol(CDBS) as an example, it was found that the integrated peak area of the maximum ahsorhance peak of CDBS at 1 092 cm^- l increased linearly with the content of the clarifying agent with a correlation coefficient of 0. 998. Based on this relationship, the clarifying agent could he quantitatively determined.
