摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗盆腔脓肿的临床价值。方法30例盆腔脓肿患者在经阴道超声引导下穿刺治疗并跟踪随访。结果29例患者穿刺治疗治愈,1例改行手术治疗,治愈率97%。结论超声引导下穿刺治疗盆腔脓肿安全、简便,是治疗盆腔脓肿的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical value of trans-vaginal ultrasound-guided （TVS） puncture in the treatment of pelvic abscess. Methods 30 cases with pelvic abscess were treated by transvaginal ultrasound-guided puncture. The long-dated effects were followed-up. Results 29 cases were cured by TVS puncture. Operation was performed in 1 patient because of invalid effect. The cure rate was 97%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture is a sate and convenient method in the treatment of pelvic abscess.
