尾矿中回收绢云母的改性及其在橡胶中的应用

摘　　要：对选矿尾矿中回收的绢云母产品进行表面改性及其在橡胶中应用试验并与其他橡胶补强剂进行对比。5种改性剂改性的绢云母在天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶中的应用试验结果表明,通过改性可以改善绢云母表面活性,提高从选矿尾矿中回收的绢云母精矿产品在橡胶中的应用性能。对比试验结果表明,改性绢云母胶料拉伸强度及定伸应力优于轻质碳酸钙胶料而低于半补强炭黑胶料,而硬度和拉断伸长率大于其他两种胶料。尾矿中回收的绢云母经改性后可以在天然胶及丁苯胶中推广应用,并具有较大的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。The experiments on the surface modification of the sericite recycled from tailings and the subsequent application as a rubber reinforcer are conducted, and comparison with other rubber reinforcers is also performed. The test results of the application of the modified sericite with five kind modifiers to the natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber show that it is possible to enhance sericite surface activation and application performance in rubber by modification with surfactants. Additionally, the comparison results also prove that the tensile strength and tensile stress of the rubber with the sericite addition at a given elongation are superior to that with the light calcium carbonate addition, but inferior to that with semi-reinforcing furnace black, however, the hardness and elongation at break are larger than those with the other two. The modified sericite recycled from tailing can be used into natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. This application has great economic, environmental and social interests.
