摘  要:介绍了一种悬挂式残膜回收机的结构及其工作原理,对悬挂式残膜回收机的耧膜齿架及耧膜齿进行了有限元分析,加载时采用逐次迭代加载的方法进行,这种加载方式与实际工作情况更为吻合。对机架进行了动应力测试,为改进设计提供了必要的理论依据。This paper introduced a kind of suspending used film recycling machine Residue The Plastic Film Suspension Recycling Machine has simple structure with low costs, motiveforce is gain directly by the tractor, it can smash cotton stalk and return it to field and recycle used films at a time. We have carried on the intensity of finite element method to Curved Rake Tine Frame and Headstock of film recycling machine, the loads was added by iteration method, which was much fit to work condition. We still do dynamic stress analysis to the residue plastic film suspension recycling machine . The experimental results and theoretical analyses presented here would offer valuable information for further study.
