摘 要:随着农业产业结构的调整,辽宁省的农业机械化取得了较快的发展,农机装备数量、农机化水平、农机服务领域、农机服务队伍以及农机科技贡献率等不断提高和壮大。但是与其它省份或地区相比,辽宁省农业机械化在发展过程中同样存在着如资金投入不足、装备结构不合理、综合机械化水平较低(特别是机械化收获水平更低)、农机工业发展落后以及农机产品质量低等问题。这些问题制约了农机化的进一步发展。为此,根据辽宁省的实际情况,并借鉴其它省份农机化的发展经验,提出了促进辽宁省农业机械化发展的几点建议。With the adjustment of the agricultural structure, the mechanization of agriculture in Liaoning Province made a relatively rapid development, the number of fatal machinery and equipment, the level of agricultural machinery, agricultural machinery service areas, agricultural machinery service teams a contribution rate of science and technology, such as agricultural machinery continuously improve and grow. But with the other provinces or regions compared to the Liaoning Provincial Agricultural Mechanization in the development process the same if there are insufficient capital investment and equipment structure is irrational, and a relatively low level of mechanization integrated ( especially lower level of mechanization), agricultural machinery and industrial development behind Farm Machinery low quality products. These problems have constrained the further development of the agricultural machinery. Therefore, in accordance with the actual situation in Liaoning Province, and learn from other provinces of experience in the development of agricultural machinery, to promote the suggestions.
