摘　　要：农机保险是构建农机化保障体系的重要环节,加强农机保险立法研究和实践探索势在必行。为此从分析农机保险的属性和需求入手,探讨了农机保险的4种运作模式,即联合保险机制、共同保险机制、相互保险机制和补贴保险机制,并提出了相应的建议和措施。The farm machinery insurance is an important link of constructing the farm mechanization security system, it is urgent to strengthen the legislation study, practice mad exploration of the farm machinery insurance. On the basis of rarelyzing the attribute and the social needs of the farm machinery, insurance, four operating modes of the farm machinery insurance, such as the joint insurance mechanism, the eoinsurance mechanism, the mutual insurance mechanism and the subsidy insurance mechanism were discussed, then, recommendations and measures to the farm maehlnery insurance were put forward in this article.
