摘 要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚酯、蓖麻油、纳米SiO2等为主要原料,采用原位聚合复合工艺制备了单组分水性纳米SiO2/聚氨酯粘接剂。讨论了多元醇、纳米材料及其加入方式对所制备产品性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜、DMA动态仪、DSC差热扫描量热仪进行了分析。结果表明,以蓖麻油和聚酯为多元醇组分采用原位聚合复合方法所制备的单组分水性纳米SiO2/聚氨酯粘接剂的粘接强度最好;纳米SiO2的加入,破坏了聚氨酯硬段的结晶,消除了各向异性,同时提高了其模量,降低了内耗因子,但对材料的热分解性能影响不大。The monocomponent aqueous nano-SiO2/polyurethane(PU) adhesive was prepared with materials of toluene diisocyanate, polyester, castor oil, nano-SiO2 using in-situ reaction. The influences of polyol, nano materials and its adding way on performance of products were discussed and analyzed with SEM, DMA, DSC. Results showed that the adhesive ability of monocomponent aqueous nano-SiO2/PU adhesive which prepared with polyester and castor oil as polyol component by in-situ polymerization composite was the best. By the addition of nano-SiO2, the crystal of PU hard segment was destroied, phase isomerism was eliminated, modulus was increased, and internal friction gene was debased, but influence of thermal decomposition performance of product was small.
