摘 要:用重复序列探针MGR586与限制性内切酶EcoR1组合,分析了11个稻瘟病菌(无性/有性)菌丝自身融合的亲代菌株及其22个菌丝融合点的再度培养菌株,以及7对相互组配后的第5代菌丝融合菌株的限制性片段长度多态性(RFLPs),依其MGR-DNA指纹的相似性,其中大多数菌株被归属于不同的系谱;结合病菌的致病性测定,亦可鉴别出许多互不相同的生理小种。初步证实了稻瘟病菌本身存在的菌丝融合现象是该菌生理小种致病性变异的原因之一。The MGRDNA fingerprintings of 40 isolates in Magnaporthe grisea have been studied with a conversed repetitive sequence probe MGR586 /EcoR1 digest combination, including 11 tested parental isolates (asexual / sexual) with hyphal fusion ability, 22 recultural isolates of hyphal fusion spots and the 5th generational isolates of 7 paired isolates cross together. Among them, most of the isolates with hyphal fusion have been distinguished into several different lineages based on MGRDNA fingerprint similarity. Compared with the results of testing pathotypes, the different pathotypes could be identified as well. The preliminary results obtained in the study indicated that the phenomenon of hyphal fusion presented in P. grisea is one of the reasons for the pathogenic variation.
