摘  要:用叶酸处理玉米种子,对叶片生理特性、植株生长及产量因素有明显的调节作用。处理的玉米幼苗DNA、RNA含量明显提高,MDA含量减少,叶绿素含量增高;植株生长健壮,株高降低,茎加粗;增强了玉米后期抗早衰性能;增加了穗粒重、千粒重,提高了籽粒产量。通过对沈单7号、掖单13号、太合1号玉米的生产试验,增产幅度为9.8%~15.7%。Obvious regulating function on physiological characteristic of leaves, plant growth and yield factor was observed by treating maize seeds with folic acid. Content of DNA and RNA, chlorophyll content of maize seedling increased notably; MDA content decreased; the plant growth was strong and plant height was lowered, and stem diameter increased; earlysenescence resistance at later stage was enhanced; grain weight per ear and thousandgrain weight increased; seed yield increased. The yield increased by 9.8%~15.7% in production experiments of Shendan 7, Yiedan 13 and Taihe 1.
