摘  要:烷化剂EMS诱发花生性状变异的效果及高产突变系的选育*朱保葛路子显耿玉轩邓向东谷爱秋(中国科学院遗传研究所,北京100101EfectsofPeanutCharacterVariationsInducedbyEMSandBreedingofHighY...Seeds of 5 peanut varieties (BS1016, 797, LH9,LH10 and HH1) were treated by 0.3% EMS with 3 kinds of treatment time (5h, 10h and 15h). The experimental results indicated that mutagenic effects of EMStreated peanut varieties were apparently different with varieties and treatment time: There were 5~9 kinds of mutant types and high mutant frequencies (12.00%~22.32%) in the M2 populations of LH9 with 5h treatment, BS1016 with 10h and 15h treatment, both LH10 and 797 with 10h treatment. 3 mutant strains (89415,89424 and 891231) with remarkedly higher yield characters than their parents were selected from the decendants of EMStreated LH10 and 797. Among them, yields (3346.05~3875.25kg/ha) of 89424 and 891231 were notably higher (by19.3%~35.38%) than that of their parents and the control variety in production in different areas (1993~1994).
