绝热燃烧室内弛放气燃烧特性的实验研究

摘　　要：为保证多联产系统中燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电系统稳定运转,使燃料气能够稳定、充分地燃烧,确保燃气轮机的安全运行,通过设计的实验系统,对弛放气燃烧特性进行了系统的实验研究。采集了在燃烧喷嘴直径一定、燃气流量一定的条件下,弛放气在绝热燃烧室内扩散燃烧时的温度和燃烧产物浓度随过量空气系数变化的数据,得到了在不同过量空气系数下燃烧室内径向温度分布和轴向温度分布的数据及燃烧产物浓度的变化规律。为多联产系统燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电系统控制方案的制定提供了依据。To ensure the stable operation of the fume-steam cycling generating unit in a polygeneration system, fuel gas stable and full combustion, the paper studies combustion features of exhaust gas through specially designed experiments. The authours collects data which vary with the temperature and density of exhaust gas burning in the thermal isolation combustion chamber with the diameter of burning nozzle and flux of gas constant, obtaining data of radial and axis temperature distributing and change reqularity of combustion product＇s density in combustion chamber with excessive air coefficients. The paper provides some grounds for this type of plant in making controlling designs.
