摘　　要：在中国在建筑工程中将执行建筑节能减排强制性标准的背景下,针对目前建筑工程仍以使用传统砂浆为主的现状,对国内外建筑工程用砂浆情况进行了调研,在综合商品砂浆相关研究的基础上,综述了国内外商品砂浆的种类、发展、应用状况。综合分析了商品砂浆的市场优势以及国家相关政策和技术标准为商品砂浆推广所营造的支持环境,也指出了目前我国商品砂浆业发展中存在的问题,提出了要充分利用工业固体废弃物生产砂浆、研制用于商品砂浆的高性能新材料和具有自主知识产权的成套先进砂浆生产设备及自动化施工机具的未来研发方向。Against a background in China,the criteria for building energy conservation and cutting down discharging will be executed by force ,taking into consideration the present situation that traditional mortar is still mainly used in construction,the author makes a survey of mortar used both in china and foreign countries. His paper introduces the types of mortar and their development both in China and in foreign countries. The paper analyses commercial mortar＇s marketing advantages and the suppoting environment by the state＇s policy and technological criteria. With regard to the existing problems in the development of commercial mortar ,the paper puts forward the suggestion to produce mortar by using solid industrial waste, to study new materials with high quality and to build a set of equipment with self-own copy-right and advanced automatic technology.
