摘 要:目的应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定血府逐瘀方中的微量元素Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni含量。方法采用硝酸-高氯酸(体积比为4∶1)常压微沸条件下消解样品,并做了方法的准确性和精密度考察。结果血府逐瘀方中Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu、Fe、Mn、Cr、Ni含量质量分数分别为3 546.80×10^-4%、27.80×10^-4%、32.10×10^-4%、7.80×10^-4%、1 445.60×10^-4%、15.20×10^-4%、10.30×10^-4%、5.20×10^-4%。方法的加样回收率为95.3%~100.9%,精密度RSD(n=9)为2.2%~4.6%。结论火焰原子吸收光谱法可用于血府逐瘀方中微量元素的分析测定。Objective To determine the amount of trace elements(Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr,Ni) in Xiefuzhuyu(traditional Chinese medicines) by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Methods FAAS was used to determine the contents of Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr and Ni in the Xiefuzhuyu.The samples were digested with HNO3-HClO4(V∶V=4∶1) at 140 ℃ under normal pressure;meanwhile,the effects of solution medium on the results were studied.Results Analytical results of Ca,Mg,Zn,Cu,Fe,Mn,Cr and Ni in Xiefuzhuyu were 3 546.80×10^-4%,27.80×10^-4%,32.10×10^-4%,7.80×10^-4%,1 445.6×10^-4%,15.20×10^-4%,10.30×10^-4%,5.20×10^-4%,respectively.The results showed that the recovery of additional standard is 95.3%-104.0%,the precision(RSD,n=9) was 2.2%-4.6%.Conclusions The analytical method was established for the trace elements in Xiefuzhuyu.The method is accurate,rapid and simple.
