摘  要:提出蜂窝结构的三面体转镜,对这种新型转镜做了结构设计,利用三维有限元计算技术,分析蜂窝结构三面体铝合金转镜的力学性能.结果表明,对镜面尺寸17.325mm,轴向长度32.5mm的三面体铝合金转镜,在5×105r/min下,镜面最大变形量为0.547μm,是原结构铝合金转镜镜面的1/6.3,与相同结构尺寸的铍转镜镜面变形量处于相同量级,内部最大应力小于原结构铝合金转镜.应用ZMAX软件分析铍合金转镜光学系统、铝合金转镜光学系统和蜂窝结构转镜光学系统的性能,发现蜂窝结构转镜镜面光学系统最大视场弥散斑半径仅有原转镜的0.205,对成像的像质影响大为减小.The three-faced rotating mirror with honeycomb cellular structure in ultra-high speed camera was presented, and the mechanical traits of such structural three-faced aluminous rotating mirror were analyzed by use of FEM (finite element method). The data indicate that the ultimate deformation magnitude of mirror surface, with width of 17. 325 mm and length of 32.5 mm under the rotating speed of 5 × 10^5 r/min, is 0. 547 μm, which is 0. 159 times of non-honeycomb cellular rotating mirror, the same order with that of beryllium rotating mirror. The ultimate stress in this mirror is smaller than that of original aluminous mirror. The simulating values on the Optical train performanees of beullium mirror, original aluminous reinor, and honeycomb aluminous mirror by ZMAX indicate that the radius of uhimate viewing field confusion disc of honeycomb aluminous mirror is only 0. 205 times of original aluminous mirror, and is as much as that of beryllium mirror.
